The long boring wait is now over. It has been confirmed that new A, B, C class m'pal byelaws are now approved finally after 2 years. I am waiting to get the final copy of byelaws and notification,  so that we can start discussion on it. Till then have some more patience. Bye.

Feel something weird?. No, I am not writing any new alphabets. But I am sure for every practicing architect 'B' is synonymous to bye-laws only and not for bat or ball or beta, etc. When we design something beautiful and submit it for approval, officer sitting on the opposite side of the table cold bloodedly says that it is not as per bye-laws. That time this dreadly 'B' shocks us. He ruthlessly chops off some design elements, which client has appreciated most because of bye-laws does not permit it. Then this 'B' is nightmare for us.

This is my attempt to understand these crucked 'B' with the help of you all and if possible to come out some right solutions for every bit of it, which can please both us and the authorities. So  let us began our quest for the best.
